Our story

Because care is personal

Our agency was born from our own family experiences, strengthened by more than a decade of professional experience, and inspired by the families we have had the privilege of serving. We don't simply provide home care. We support people in living the life they deserve — at home, in their community, and on their own terms.

We are parents of a thriving autistic son, and our own journey taught us that meaningful support means seeing the whole person — recognizing abilities and strengths, encouraging independence, and creating opportunities for meaningful relationships. Our caregiving journey also includes caring for our father, a veteran living with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Supporting his desire to remain at home gave us a deeper understanding of the realities families face as their loved ones age.

These experiences shaped our vision: care that is person-centered, culturally responsive, respectful, and focused on each individual's goals and quality of life.

Our Mission

To enhance the quality of life for the people we support through respect, dignity and inclusion.

Our Vision

To create a community where every person, regardless of age, ability or diagnosis, can live a meaningful, self-directed life — where supportive home care removes barriers, fosters independence, and every person is valued, respected and connected.

What does “Bright Belonging” mean?

“Bright Belonging represents the ideal state of inclusion — where a person does not have to hide or alter their identity to fit into a space. Instead, they are celebrated, seen, and valued for their unique, authentic self.”

Our commitment

Seen, heard, respected, safe, and valued

We are committed to creating a care experience where individuals feel seen, heard, respected, safe, and valued.

  • Every person has abilities, strengths, preferences, and dreams.
  • Care should be individualized, not one size fits all.
  • Independence should be encouraged whenever possible.
  • Families and caregivers deserve support, education, and partnership.
  • Home should remain a place of comfort, dignity, connection, and belonging.
  • A disability or diagnosis should never define the entirety of a person's life.
